Our Design Process

The design process begins with a consultation determining your wants and needs in a home. Our design expert will draw to scale your desired floor plan based off your preferences. You will receive a quote for your custom build within 1-2 business days after consultation. Once you approve the floor plan and pricing, we are ready to start building.

All of our homes and portable buildings come with LP^® Smartside^® exterior paneling. Much stronger than vinyl siding, and with the look of real wood, this product will stand up to hail storms and just about anything Oklahoma can throw at it.
